The ALL-IN consortium has successfully held its kick-off meeting

On 14 March, the ALL-IN consortium successfully held the kick-off meeting of the project, in which partners from Spain, Italy, Poland, Belgium and France participated. The meeting was led by IT Solutions for All, as coordinating partner, and was a chance for all partners to introduce their respective organisations and team members. During the meeting, the different work packages that will be implemented during the 24 months of the project were presented. These packages include all the activities necessary to achieve the project objectives, through horizontal management activities, research and identification of good practices, creation of training materials and gamification elements, creation of an e-learning platform, testing and validation of the results, dissemination and communication. ITSFA joined the Closing Transnational Project meeting of the MORE Project

On September 20, ITSFA participated in the Closing Transnational Meeting of the MORE Project (Multifunctional role of women as a key driver for rural development), a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission. This project brought together seven partners from six countries, namely Belgium, Italy, Romania, Greece, Spain, and Poland. We are thrilled to announce that our partners convened in the beautiful city of Malaga at the ITSFA headquarters to conduct the final meeting of our project. During this meeting, we discussed the last necessary steps to successfully conclude our project, as well as essential aspects related to the sustainability of the results and the MORE website. We also had the opportunity to review all the project's achievements, and we are pleased to report that we have received positive feedback. As an international initiative co-financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, the DISK project aims at nurturing seniors’ digital skills as leverage for social inclusion, emancipation and active aging. Towards the end of the project, participating organizations compiled and consolidated detailed Policy Recommendations stemming from the implementation’s experience and conceived to support policy makers in operationalizing new interventions addressing from a policy perspective challenge and opportunities in the same fields addressed by the project. Although the share of older people who use the internet has increased steadily, older people are still among the largest group affected by digital inequalities: digital inclusion of older people has been recognized as a pressing issue on many fronts, and has to go beyond merely providing the technological infrastructure. As an international initiative co-financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, the DISK project aims at nurturing seniors’ digital skills as leverage for social inclusion, emancipation and active aging. Towards the end of the project, participating organizations compiled and consolidated detailed Guidelines stemming from the implementation’s experience and conceived to support professionals, Adult Education organizations and other representatives of the lifelong learning ecosystem in replicating and implementing DISK-inspired initiatives within their ecosystem of practice and in similar learning environments tackled by the project. The guidelines represent a sort of operational legacy of the project, while facilitating the use (and usability) of the training deliverables produced at project level by other organizations interested in replicating DISK-like training practices and programmes.
