Young people and staff spent an inspiring week in Kusadasi in Turkey between 29.08-05.09.2025 diving into the essentials of the Business Model Canvas and, among others, learning how to build a solid foundation for their ideas in rural tourism. They explored every key element of a business model: Working in dynamic teams, they analysed market needs, brainstormed creative solutions, and transformed early concepts into clear business models.
