ALL-IN Project Partners Foster Inclusive Language Learning in Málaga

Málaga, October 16, 2024 – The ALL-IN: Advancing Language Learning for Inclusive Narratives team gathered in Málaga for their second Transnational Project Meeting, hosted by Arrabal-AID and IT Solutions for All. Partner organizations from Demostene Centro Studi (Italy), Fundacja Circle (Poland), IHF (Belgium), and Solution (France) joined to drive forward the project’s mission of inclusive communication across Europe. To celebrate Erasmus+ Week, partners engaged in a collaborative workshop, reflecting on what EU unity and the project’s goals mean to each organization. This inspiring session brought out shared values and unique perspectives, furthering each partner’s commitment to inclusivity. A major focus of the meeting was WP2, led by IHF and Fundacja Circle, which has been dedicated to identifying best practices in inclusive language and communication. With all translations completed and both the Final Report and Inclusive Language Framework now live, WP2 has successfully met its key goals. These results have also laid a strong foundation for WP3, where new training topics based on WP2 findings will support youth organizations and policymakers in adopting inclusive practices. To extend the reach of WP2’s resources, partners are actively connecting with regional policymakers, national authorities, and youth organizations across Europe. Each organization is also working with two Associated Partners (listed on our website) to help promote and put inclusive communication practices into action. DREAM Project Concludes with Final Meeting in Málaga

Málaga, Spain – 15 October 2024: The DREAM project, an ambitious initiative designed to tackle the challenges of COVID-19 and digitalization in the two worlds of VET and SMEs across Europe, officially concluded with a closing meeting held on 15 October 2024 in Málaga, Spain. Representatives from all project partners gathered to review the project’s achievements, reflect on the lessons learned, and discuss the future impact of the project’s outcomes on digital education and innovation. The meeting marked the culmination of a multi-year collaboration between educational institutions, technology companies, and research organizations from across Europe. Together, these partners worked towards the project’s mission to advance digital competencies and resilience and foster innovation in learning environments through cutting-edge digital tools and methodologies. Celebrating the Achievements of the Digital Dream Lab During the final meeting, the partners reviewed the key milestones of the project, including the successful development and implementation of the project platform, Digital DREAM Lab, aimed at enhancing educational experiences for students and educators. One of the highlights of the project was the creation of a user-friendly platform for interactive, immersive learning experiences. The DREAM training, designed with both educators and learners in mind, have been piloted in several settings, with positive feedback and promising results. The project also produced valuable research on the future of digital learning and the importance of fostering digital literacy skills across all levels of education. The results were disseminated through different means, ensuring that the insights gained from the DREAM project will have a lasting impact on education policy and practice across Europe. A Collaborative Journey The closing meeting in Málaga provided an opportunity for the project partners to reflect on their collective efforts and the significance of their collaboration. “The DREAM project has been a transformative journey for all of us. We have not only developed innovative resources but also built a strong network of collaborators who are passionate about the future of digital education,” said a representative from IT Solutions for All. “As the project concludes, we are confident that its legacy will continue to shape the future of education in Europe and beyond.” Looking Ahead While the DREAM project officially ends, its impact will continue through the dissemination of the project’s findings and the ongoing use of the developed tools. Several partners have already expressed interest in expanding on the work initiated by DREAM, exploring future projects that build on the project’s success. The project has also established a foundation for long-term collaborations between educators, technology developers, and policymakers aimed at driving innovation in digital education. Final Deliverables and Future Impact In addition to the training and research outputs, the project produced the Policy Paper, a comprehensive set of lessons learned for policy makers and guidelines for future training in VET ecosystem, aimed at integrating digital innovation into mainstream education systems. DREAM Project Releases Post-Piloting Report and Training to Empower MSMEs in the Digital Age

The Digital DREAM Lab, an online platform designed to enhance digital resilience and entrepreneurship, has undergone a comprehensive pilot phase involving 138 participants and more than 800 online users. The results, as documented in the Post-Piloting Report, highlight the platform’s effectiveness in equipping MSMEs with practical skills and knowledge to navigate the digital landscape. The report underscores the importance of building foundational digital literacy, embracing flexible training formats, and tailoring content to local contexts. It also emphasizes the need for continuous learning pathways and certifications to ensure ongoing skill development. “We are thrilled with the positive feedback received during the pilot phase,” says the coordinator at DREAM Project. “The Digital DREAM Lab is proving to be an invaluable resource for MSMEs seeking to enhance their digital capabilities. Launch of the ALL-IN Project Website: Advancing Language Learning for Inclusive Narratives

The launch of the digital platform of the project “ALL-IN: Advancing Language Learning for Inclusive Narratives” marks an important milestone in the promotion of inclusive communication across Europe. This project, co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Program, Key Action 2, Cooperation Partnerships in Youth, is developed by a consortium of six organizations from five European countries: Spain, Italy, Poland, Belgium and France. The website, available at www.allin-inclusion.eu, is designed to be a dynamic and educational platform that provides innovative resources and tools to foster inclusive communication and language practices. With an intuitive and accessible interface, the website is aimed at both young people and the general public, facilitating access to high quality educational materials and promoting an inclusive learning environment. ALL-IN website key features: Multilingual: the platform and its resources are available in five languages, English, Spanish, Italian, French and Polish, thus eliminating language barriers to learning. Accessible: the site has AA accessibility level compliance criteria, such as high contrast option, text resizing, consistent navigation, responsive design, among others. Data protection: the website collects statistics and usage metrics completely anonymously, guaranteeing the protection of user data and complying with European regulations. News: a section dedicated to the latest news and developments of the ALL-IN project, so that users can keep up to date with the latest developments. Community: an interactive space where organizations can register to become associates, gain visibility and support the project’s objectives. Updated contents: the contents of the platform are constantly updated, implementing the most recent results of the consortium. Therefore, in the coming months, the assessment results will be included, as well as training contents. The IT Solutions for All team, the Spanish partner leading the project and in charge of developing the website, expresses its enthusiasm for the launch: “We are very happy to present this website as a fundamental tool for the promotion of inclusive communication. The ALL-IN consortium has successfully held its kick-off meeting

On 14 March, the ALL-IN consortium successfully held the kick-off meeting of the project, in which partners from Spain, Italy, Poland, Belgium and France participated. The meeting was led by IT Solutions for All, as coordinating partner, and was a chance for all partners to introduce their respective organisations and team members. During the meeting, the different work packages that will be implemented during the 24 months of the project were presented. These packages include all the activities necessary to achieve the project objectives, through horizontal management activities, research and identification of good practices, creation of training materials and gamification elements, creation of an e-learning platform, testing and validation of the results, dissemination and communication. ALL-IN is a project co-funded by the European Union in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 2, Cooperation partnerships in youth, that aims to promote inclusive communication and language practices through the development of an innovative curriculum and an Open Educational Resources (OER) platform. Its objectives include creating an inclusive learning environment, raising awareness of the importance of inclusive language and enhancing the impact of ALL-IN initiatives. ITSFA joined the Closing Transnational Project meeting of the MORE Project

On September 20, ITSFA participated in the Closing Transnational Meeting of the MORE Project (Multifunctional role of women as a key driver for rural development), a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission. This project brought together seven partners from six countries, namely Belgium, Italy, Romania, Greece, Spain, and Poland. We are thrilled to announce that our partners convened in the beautiful city of Malaga at the ITSFA headquarters to conduct the final meeting of our project. During this meeting, we discussed the last necessary steps to successfully conclude our project, as well as essential aspects related to the sustainability of the results and the MORE website. We also had the opportunity to review all the project’s achievements, and we are pleased to report that we have received positive feedback. This feedback comes from both the pilot activities conducted in the participating countries and external entities and organizations that have had the chance to explore the project’s website and materials. Unlocking Digital Potential: the DREAM Project Successfully Concludes Mapping and Stocktaking ofDigital Challenges and Opportunities for MSMEs

The DREAM project is thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of Work Package 2 (WP2) – “Mapping and stocktaking of digital entrepreneurship challenges for MSMEs”. This collaborative effort, involving partners from Belgium, France, Greece, Italy, Slovenia and Spain, has conducted an extensive analysis of the digitalisation needs of Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in the post-pandemic landscape. Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the EU Commission, the DREAM project takes a pioneering approach to address the challenges brought by COVID-19 and digitalization, specifically focusing on the realms of Vocational Education & Training (VET) and MSMEs, with an emphasis on microenterprises. DREAM aims to bolster digital readiness, resilience, and capacity, empowering VET providers to deliver high-quality training. This project endeavours to enhance the flexibility of opportunities in MSMEs and VET by developing digital content that can be delivered through custom-made Open Educational Resources (OER). The first phase of DREAM’s implementation witnessed the consortium laying the groundwork for the entire project through WP2, a mapping and stocktaking of digital entrepreneurship challenges for MSMEs. In essence, the partners conducted a thorough analysis and identification of national trends and dynamics to transition from the research phase to the production of educational content. Comprising seven organisations from six different European countries, the project consortium diligently conducted WP2 activities to analyse trends, identify digital skill gaps, and uncover opportunities within the MSME ecosystem. This in-depth research serves as the bedrock for developing innovative training courses tailored to address the identified training needs. With a shared methodology and meticulous analysis, the project partners have produced five country-level reports, accompanied by an overarching EU report. These reports provide a comprehensive snapshot of the current state of digital entrepreneurship and digital resilience among MSMEs within their respective contexts. By revealing quali-quantitative data, challenges, opportunities, and strategies for promoting digital competences, these insights empower owners, managers, policymakers, educators, and stakeholders to navigate the digital landscape effectively. Within DREAM’s WP2, several final deliverables have been developed, including: A Composite Report, which combines all country snapshots and the pan-EU report, providing a brief introduction to the context An Executive Summary, available in multiple languages (English, French, Greek, Italian, Slovenian, and Spanish), summarising key findings from all reports and the entire analysis. Capturing the Essence of Rural Women: the MORE Photographic Contest comes to a successful conclusion

The MORE project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, proudly announces the successful completion of its photographic contest. The contest, launched across seven rural territories in Europe, has played a vital role in promoting the multifunctional roles of women in rural areas and emphasizing their significance in preserving the essence of rural life in Europe. The MORE project, which brings together eight Partners from six countries including Belgium, Italy, Romania, Greece, Spain, and Poland, is dedicated to enhancing the access to training opportunities and qualifications for EU rural women. Through the establishment of local “Rural Women Hubs” (RWHs), the project aims to empower and celebrate the contributions of women in rural communities. The photographic contest held by each Rural Women Hub provided a captivating glimpse into the lives, businesses, and activities of women in rural areas. Participants showcased their artistic flair and storytelling abilities, illustrating the diverse and vital roles played by women in the rural landscapes of Europe. Among the inspiring entries, one photograph stood out for its powerful portrayal of a rural woman’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for her craft: “La emprendedora”. The image, taken by Elena Monsalve, showcases her grandmother’s entrepreneurial endeavour as she stands proudly in the wine cellar of her home, atop a barrel, collecting a sample of wine for tasting. The photograph beautifully captures the dedication and love which women invest in their businesses and activities; it does not only highlight the spirit of entrepreneurship but also celebrates the intergenerational knowledge and traditions passed down through families in rural Spain. It exemplifies the core values of the MORE project, showcasing the importance of preserving and promoting rural women’s contributions to the socio-economic fabric of Europe. The MORE project extends its warmest congratulations to all the participants of the contest for their outstanding contribution. Digital DREAM Lab is already online in English

We are happy to announce that the Digital DREAM Lab is now online in English on www.digital-dream-lab.eu! Digital DREAM Lab is the open educational resource (OER) platform that will host the main results of the project and will be available for the duration of the project and even 3 years after its completion. The platform is fully open and free of charge, user-friendly and responsive, and soon will also be available in French, Italian, Spanish, Slovenian and Greek in order to reach a wider audience. DREAM is an innovative and timely project that tackles the challenges of COVID-19 and digitalization in the two worlds of Vocational Education & Training (VET) and Small and Medium Enterprises, with a focus on microenterprises with less than 10 staff (MSMEs).
