Travel for people with disabilities, also known as "disability travel" or "accessible travel" is on the rise. Part of the tourism industry is awakening to the special needs of disabled travelers by providing more services and better facilities. But there is still much work to be done
ATS Vip is a project aimed at people with disabilities and companions and seeks to provide these people with resources and tools to make travel an experience, rewarding, democratic and safe.
At the same time, it seeks to raise the awareness of companies and agents in the tourism sector and of the population in general, about the importance of this group both economically and socially.
The ATS VIP project is being carried out by a consortium of 3 partners from 3 European countries, North Macedonia, Spain and Romania.
